Sure was. My mother is a huge fan of the Sketches Of Spain, Kind of Blue and Bitches Brew records. Although both my parents celebrate his entire catalog those were the records I remember hearing most when I was a child. However, the primary reason I was named Miles was because my mother wanted a name that could not be shortened or bastardized.
